On Tuesday, August 27, 2024, the prices of Bitcoin and other leading cryptocurrencies showed a consistent downward trend. Most of the top-tier cryptocurrencies remained in the red zone.
According to data from CoinMarketCap, Bitcoin (BTC) continued its downward trajectory, dropping 2.55% in the last 24 hours, although it has gained 6.49% over the past week. Currently, Bitcoin is priced at USD 63,016 per coin, equivalent to IDR 975.6 million (assuming an exchange rate of IDR 15,482 per USD).
Ethereum (ETH) also weakened, declining by 3.22% in the last 24 hours but still up by 2.57% over the past week. As a result, ETH is now priced at IDR 41.5 million per coin.
Binance Coin (BNB) saw a significant drop, falling by 5.09% in the past 24 hours and 1.56% over the week. This decline brings BNB's price to IDR 8.50 million per coin.
Cardano (ADA) remains in the red zone, dropping 5.20% in the last 24 hours, though it has gained 9.71% over the week. ADA is currently priced at IDR 5,707 per coin.
Solana (SOL) also weakened, falling by 2.31% in the last 24 hours, but still up by 9.78% over the past week. SOL is now trading at IDR 2.43 million per coin.
XRP has returned to the red zone, dropping by 2.42% in the last 24 hours and 1.23% over the past week, bringing its price to IDR 9,121 per coin.
The meme coin Dogecoin (DOGE) continued its decline, dropping 4.85% in the last 24 hours but still up by 4.71% over the week. DOGE is currently priced at IDR 1,633 per token.
Stablecoins Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC) both saw a slight increase of 0.01% today, maintaining their prices at USD 1.00.
Binance USD (BUSD) also saw a 0.01% increase in the last 24 hours, keeping its price steady at USD 1.00.
The overall cryptocurrency market capitalization today stands at USD 2.2 trillion, equivalent to IDR 34,026 trillion, down by approximately 2.76% in the last 24 hours.
